The following steps will help you get started at Lake George Community Fitness:
Step 1: Please check our schedule, rates, and FAQs. This should help to answer any basic questions you have about our facility.
Step 2: Contact us using the 'contact us' tab or e-mail lakegeorgecf@gmail.com to discuss a time to try a free class or chat further!
Step 3: Come to a class! Our classes are 60 minutes in length and run seven days a week. Group classes provide an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Our members get to know one another and make coming to class fun. The coach will sign you up on site with one of our membership plans or punch cards.
